Problem Area Coaching for Horse and Rider

Cultivating strength and balanced horsemanship for humans and horses

Transform the riding experience

To develop harmony between horse and rider, we need to understand the biomechanics of two bodies working as one.

Problem Area Coaching identifies the root causes holding your partnership back - whether it's your position affecting your horse's movement, or your horse's physical limitations affecting your riding. Too often, these issues go unaddressed, leading to frustration for both.

My approach combines chiropractic expertise with 30 years of horsemanship, helping you cultivate balanced and easy movement together.

What Problem Area Coaching can help with

  • Rider position and strength

If your position or muscle weakness is affecting your riding, you will get strengthening exercises and alignment techniques to become a more balanced rider.

  • Ground work and training aids

If you’d love to do ground work, pole work or gymnastics - but you’re confused by what these exercises are I’ll show you how to use training aids properly.

  • Equine strength and balance

Does your horse have a weak spot that affects its performance? Learn exercises to help them gain strength and balance and to prevent work injuries.

  • Cross-training programs

If your discipline involves repetitive high impact, I'll help you develop a cross-training plan to protect your horse's joints during rides and create a balanced training schedule.
